Members post Tasks. MOMs get them done. Location is the marketplace. You can arrange help for a college student, a new parent, a parent, a friend, someone you love, or yourself.
What we are not
We are not emergency response, medical or veterinary care, or childcare. We do not invent testimonials, MOM counts, Member counts, completed Tasks, or campus directories we do not have.
How trust shows up

Our commitments
We describe mechanisms we actually run: protected locations, on-Task messaging, checkout through Momsity, and reviews from completed work. We do not claim background checks, insurance, or guarantees that are not part of the product.
Member payments are held until the Task is confirmed — by the Member, or automatically by Momsity after 72 hours if the MOM has marked it complete and no review or other open issue applies. Eligible earnings then go to the MOM's Stripe balance, and Stripe pays out to the MOM's bank on its own schedule.
