How Task alerts work
A task is posted near you
A Member posts a task for a service you offer, inside your travel radius. You get an email with the task, the area, and the timing.
Best-matched MOMs hear first
We alert a small group of MOMs whose area covers the task first, ranked by distance, track record, and current workload. If it’s still open, more matched MOMs can be alerted.
Quiet until there’s something
No task nearby means no email. Waiting costs nothing, an alert never obligates you to take a task, and you can turn alerts off anytime in your notification settings.
New MOM promotion
Your first 3 tasks can earn you a $25 bonus.
Complete 3 eligible Momsity tasks and you’ll qualify for our $25 First 3 Bonus, subject to the promotion terms.
The bonus is earned through completed marketplace activity — not simply by signing up.
- Tasks must be paid through Momsity, completed, and confirmed.
- Canceled, refunded, or disputed tasks don’t count.
- Tasks you post yourself, or that someone in your household posts, don’t count.
- One bonus per MOM.

Create your MOM profile
Add a short bio that says what you do and when you’re usually free. It takes a few minutes.
Choose the services you offer
Start with the ones you’d be proud to do. Rides, moving, car help, and house sitting need approval.
Set your area
Add your ZIP and how far you’ll travel. You’re only matched to tasks inside that radius.
Tell Momsity when you’re available
Keep your profile current and new-task notifications on, so a match reaches you while it’s still open.
You’re on the alert list
Once your profile is saved, you’re matched to tasks in your area. Rides, moving, car help, and house sitting still need Momsity’s approval first.
Get task alerts by email
When a Member nearby posts a task for a service you offer, matched MOMs get an email with what it is, where, and when.
Accept the tasks that work for you
Offer only on the ones that fit your day. You’re never required to take a task.
Complete them through Momsity
The Member pays through Momsity first. You do the work, mark it complete, and your payout follows confirmation.

Earnings depend on the tasks you choose and the Members near you. Momsity does not guarantee income or Task volume.
Individual MOM

Name, city, ZIP, service area, and the tasks you can take. Then you can get email alerts when something nearby fits.
MOM Business
I’m a local business
Cleaning crews, laundry services, errand and package-pickup businesses, pet care, and other supported local services get the same Task alerts for their service area.
Add your business details and an authorized representative. Momsity verifies the business before it can take Tasks.
MOM Professional
I’m licensed or certified
Offer supported services and add the license or certification a service needs. Momsity reviews each document before it counts.

Get selected & paid on Momsity
After a Member chooses you and pays through Momsity, you accept and get the location details you need.
Paid when the task is confirmed
The Member’s payment is held until the task is confirmed — by the Member, or automatically by Momsity after 72 hours if no review or other open issue applies. Eligible earnings then go to your connected Stripe balance, and Stripe deposits to your bank on its payout schedule.
Your side counts
If a Member opens a review, you're told and can share your side with a note and photos. Routine reviews may be decided by automated rules, and you can always ask for a human review within 14 days. It only counts against you if it's decided against you.
No invented credentials
We do not claim a MOM is insured, licensed, background-checked, or verified unless Momsity actually checks that.
Rules that keep the marketplace safe
Before you offer, read the MOM Agreement, Community Rules, and Prohibited tasks. Keep communication and payment on Momsity. Do not take tasks you cannot complete safely.
