Momsity is everyday help from MOMs nearby, for you, your family, or a student away at college. Keep the Task on Momsity so payment, messages, history, and support stay together.
For Members
A Member posts and pays for help — for themselves or for someone they care about. You stay in control of who is selected and when payment happens.
Step 1. Tell us what you need
Post a Task with the service, the ZIP where help is needed, and when it should happen. Exact addresses stay private until a MOM is authorized for that Task.
Step 2. A local MOM can respond
Eligible MOMs nearby can view and offer on Tasks they qualify for. Compare who offers and what they say. A MOM is not always available in every area.
Step 3. Get it done
Choose the MOM, pay through Momsity checkout, coordinate in Task messages, and confirm completion when the work is finished.
For MOMs
A MOM is a local person or MOM Business who offers on eligible Tasks. You choose what fits. You are not required to take every Task in your area.
Step 1. Become a MOM
Join as an individual MOM or a MOM Business. Add your area, services, and a short profile so Members know who is offering.
Step 2. Browse Tasks Near You
See live local Tasks. Offer only on the ones that fit your schedule, skills, and radius.
Step 3. Complete and earn
After you are selected and payment is in place, complete the Task, add an optional note or photos when you mark it done, keep messages on Momsity, and see the payout on your earnings record.
What stays on the Task
Payment
Members complete checkout through Momsity. Amounts come from the Task’s server-side pricing — not a number typed in the browser.
Messages
Task chat stays with the Task so history, moderation, and support can follow the work.
Location
Exact addresses stay protected until a MOM is authorized. Public cards show a general area only.
Reviews
Reviews and trust signals come from real completed Tasks. We do not invent ratings or activity counts.
If something goes wrong
A Member can open a review before confirming. The MOM is told and can respond, MOMs can add a note and photos when they finish, and staff aim to review within 72 hours. Bad-faith reviews may lead to an account review.
What Momsity is not
Momsity is not emergency response, medical or veterinary care, or babysitting. It is not a guarantee that every ZIP has a MOM available tonight. Coverage follows real people in the marketplace.
