Say what is needed, the window that works, and any access notes Momsity should protect until a MOM is authorized. Pay on the platform so the record stays intact.

Accept help without managing a group text. When someone posts a Task for you, messages and status stay with that Task.

Leave medical care to professionals
Momsity is not infant medical care, lactation clinical advice, or crisis response. Keep Tasks household and logistical.
Common questions
- Can I post childcare or overnight sitting?
- No. Babysitting and childcare are not Momsity offerings. Use appropriate childcare services for that need. Meal prep, errands, cleaning, laundry, and pet care are available.
- Who pays?
- The Member who posts the Task pays through Momsity checkout — often a friend or family member arranging help for the new parent.
- What if timing is unpredictable?
- Write a clear window and flexible notes. MOMs offer based on what they can actually meet.
If there is a medical emergency or crisis, call 911 or local emergency services. Momsity coordinates appropriate local Tasks — it is not emergency response.
