Respect

Members and Moms are expected to:

• treat people respectfully
• avoid harassment, threats, or intimidation
• avoid unlawful discrimination
• respect privacy and personal boundaries

Honesty

• provide accurate account and Task information
• describe Tasks honestly, including timing and access needs
• offer only on Tasks you can actually perform
• avoid fraud, impersonation, or fake reviews

Keep the Task on Momsity

• keep Task communication on Momsity when required
• complete payment through Momsity checkout
• do not ask for personal phone numbers, email addresses, or payment handles to bypass Momsity for a Task introduced here
• do not move a Momsity-introduced Task off-platform to avoid fees

Safety

• only post or accept Tasks that are safe and appropriate
• follow Prohibited Tasks and Safety
• report safety or conduct concerns through Task tools or Contact
• call 911 for emergencies — do not wait on Momsity

Enforcement

Momsity may restrict or deactivate accounts according to the Terms and an auditable review. Automated moderation can hold messages that look like off-platform contact or payment bypass. Automated classification alone does not permanently ban an account.
