Pay when a Task is handled.
Members join to post Tasks. MOMs join to help. You pay when checkout is completed for an eligible Task — not as a subscription just to browse.
For Members
You see the applicable total before completing checkout. That total covers the Task price and any Momsity marketplace or service fee shown at checkout. Historical Tasks keep the pricing snapshot from assignment time — the browser cannot invent a different amount.
For MOMs
You see the payout associated with the Task when you offer and when you are selected. Your earning is recorded when the Task is confirmed — by the Member, or automatically by Momsity 72 hours after you mark it complete if no review or other open issue applies. Eligible earnings are then transferred to your connected Stripe balance, and Stripe deposits to your bank on its payout schedule, which may take additional time.
When payment happens
After a Member accepts an offer, checkout is required before the Task can move into the scheduled path. Failed or canceled checkout does not schedule the Task. Keep payment on Momsity so the record stays attached to the work.
No invented savings claims
We do not publish income claims, average MOM earnings, or Member savings statistics. Checkout runs through the Momsity payment flow. What you see on a Task is what applies to that Task.
Cancellations and refunds
Refund and cancellation handling depends on Task status and the current Cancellation & Refunds policy. Cancel before a MOM accepts for a full refund. After that, refunds are reviewed by our team. Ask via Contact if a checkout question is not answered there.

- Is there a membership fee to browse?
- You can browse public Tasks without paying a subscription. You pay when checkout is completed for an eligible Task.
- When does a MOM get paid?
- When the Task is confirmed — by the Member, or automatically by Momsity 72 hours after the MOM marks it complete if no review or other open issue applies — the MOM’s earning is recorded. Eligible earnings are then transferred to the MOM’s connected Stripe balance once payout setup is complete, and Stripe deposits to the MOM’s bank on its payout schedule, which may take additional time.
- Who sets the price?
- Task pricing follows Momsity’s server-side rules and the offer/assignment snapshot for that Task. Members see the total before paying.
- Where do I see payment history?
- Members use Payments in the Member app. MOMs use Earnings in the MOM app.
