Prohibited Tasks
Not every request belongs on Momsity. This list is illustrative of current product boundaries. It is not a complete legal catalog until counsel reviews it.
At minimum, Momsity does not allow Tasks involving:
- emergency response
- medical care
- professional medical services
- crisis intervention
- illegal activity
- dangerous activity
- weapons
- controlled substances
- tasks requiring professional licensing where the Mom does not possess it
- activities requiring regulated credentials the Mom does not have
- unsafe transportation
- tasks involving inappropriate access to sensitive information
- tasks that create unreasonable physical danger
Available Tasks also depend on location, timing, eligibility, and Mom availability. A Task that is not prohibited may still be declined.
