Errands
Help with everyday errands
Errands are small until there are five of them. Post the stops, the timing, and anything the MOM needs to bring, and MOMs nearby can offer to run them.

What errands help covers
An errand Task is the running around that doesn't fit in a lunch break: dry cleaning, dropping off donations, picking up an order that's already paid for, delivering documents across town, or holding a place in line.
Bundle stops into one Task when they're close together; it's easier for MOMs to price and quicker for you. If an errand means the MOM pays for something, agree on repayment before the MOM heads out.
Who uses it
- Busy parents juggling work and family schedules
- Older adults who'd rather not drive across town
- Adult children handling a parent's errands from a distance
- College students without a car
- Small local businesses that need a quick pickup or drop-off

Good to know
- No prescription or controlled-medication pickups, cash deliveries, or anything illegal or hazardous.

What to expect

Helpful guides
Trust and payment
MOMs are independent, so read profiles and reviews from real completed Tasks before you choose. Your exact address stays private until you authorize a MOM, messages stay on the Task, and payment is held until you confirm the work is done. Momsity doesn't guarantee that every Task will get an offer, or that a MOM is available in every area. How trust works

How it works
Step 1
Post a Task
Choose the service, the ZIP where help is needed, and when it should happen, then describe the details. The exact address stays private until a MOM is authorized for that Task.
Step 2
Nearby MOMs offer
MOMs whose services and area fit can be notified and can offer on your Task. Not every area has a MOM available yet, so timing and coverage depend on who is nearby.
Step 3
Choose and pay on Momsity
Compare who offered, choose your MOM, and pay through Momsity checkout. You see the total before you pay.
Step 4
Coordinate in Task messages
Your MOM accepts and gets the details they need. Messages stay on the Task so the history and support stay together.
Step 5
Confirm when it is done
Your MOM marks the Task complete and you confirm. Payment is held until you confirm, or released automatically 72 hours after completion if you don't open a review.
Common questions
- Can one Task include several errands?
- Yes. List every stop in the Task so MOMs can price the whole trip.
- Can I post an errand for someone else?
- Yes. Post it with the ZIP code where the errand happens. It works well for a parent, a student at college, or a neighbor who needs a hand.
- How does payment work?
- You see the total before you pay at Momsity checkout. Payment is held until you confirm the Task is done, or released automatically 72 hours after the MOM marks it complete if you don't open a review.
